    Biometrics appointment help!!

Okay, but it's supposed to start on Sunday night. That would mean that Monday would be a bad time to try to go since it might still be going, or there can be floods. I'm hoping that it'll clear by Tuesday or something.

    Introduction and a question....

Hi Gino10, I'd also like to welcome you to the forum. We're like a small family in here I hope you find the forum somewhat helpful. I'm a bit familiar with this 245-I that came in effect back in early 2001. This I believe was actually a law that came out passed by congress. This law when it came out, many acquired their residency. If you were undocumented but had a job, you're employer could sponsor you and one would eventually acquire residency within a certain period of time. I personally know many people who took advantage of this and are now citizens. It is too bad you had these problems with unscrupulous lawyers. My father was one who applied for this law but unfortunately he got laid off and his case was discontinued. He was almost there too! Now, I'm no lawyer or anything but in the case you get approved for DACA it is highly recommended you seek the advice of an attorney. Many years have passed since the 245-I came out even though you probably already are in their system I doubt you can benefit from what was the 245-I. That's only my opinion. Good luck with this DACA process!
