4 pointsI would like to wish the best of the world to every single person in this forum in the year of 2013. Enjoy every single moment as if it was your last one, take advantage of everything that comes your way, spend time with family and friends, learn new things and occupy yourself doing good and leaving your past behind. After all, the past is the past! Don't ever stop working for what you want, at the end you will succeed! No matter how long it takes, if you fall, get right back up and keep trying. I'm sure everyone from the adreamact.com staff team wish you a very happy new year! So yeah, ladies and gentlemen! Have a fantastic NEW YEAR 2013, if you are going to drink do so responsible and don't be driving! Best of the best and hope you get your midnight kiss

1 pointHappy new years everyone! So, I am Cindy, from Indianapolis. I have gotten approved already. I still love to show support to my fellow DREAMers all over the nation. We should stand united, always!! My social life is pretty low right now, because before DACA, I pretty much just hid at home and would not go out to bars/clubs with friends from school because of lack of ID. All those missed opportunities caused to fade many of my friendships. All my friends moved on onto starting families, careers, getting married, you name it. I felt like my life just on idle. All my current friends are relatives, ugh lol. Also, most of my friends from school are white, and I was just to shy to confess about my situation. I am pretty shy, but I am sweet and caring. Been single for a while now, and with DACA now, I feel like in 2013 I would start becoming more outgoing and perhaps meet new friends, make up for lost time. Hopefully score on a few dates <3 and even find me a decent bf awwwww =] Well just wanted to vent for a bit. I know you guys would understand my situation because we align with the same problems and obsticles. Thank you for listening.

I met my husband online. We talked on phone & Skyped etc then met in person & later got married. -
1 pointi think we should all write our Congressmen/Congresswomen and Senators about this matter. the new Congressmen/Congresswomen and Senators wont take office till Jan. 03, 2013 so I say we flooded not only their DC offices with letters but their local offices as well. i wonder how much of an impact it would have if each DACA applicant, approved or not, wrote at least 3 or 4 letters about immigration reform

Okay kid, first, I don't need you to teach me about differences about anything. Thank you very much you don't impress me. Second, when I said attacking I was referring to you. Just because you don't like the way he thinks or what he says even if you're against it you don't have the right to insult him. You called him a piece of shit? If you look at others topics in here, people talk about whatever they want randomly. You mad kid, how about you start making your points by being respectful in the first place. An educated person doesn't need to insult people. If someone is ignorant you simply ignore them, you can't change people. You got problems. You're in the wrong forum. I have seen many posts, many things that have been said here. Just because I don't like the way they think it doesn't mean I can go ahead and insult them. -
1 pointNo, Aled, he is not being attacked. He's being retaliated. There is a big difference between being attacked (...because of his opinions) and retaliated (...for his criticism and unnecessary comments). I have yet to see any relevant posts from him. After having read the post about his opinion on LBG, I was just pissed. Although there are laws, that we should respect, that allow him to type whatever he wishes, it is still inappropriate to type about certain controversial topics (i.e. Anything ranging from Gay rights to Abortions, etc...). Also, I also have the same right as he does, the right to state what I'd like. "Why. Not learn about each others way of thinking by asking questions and debating." -Because of his arrogant and ignorant responses in previous posts. If he is not willing to post "nicely"...what makes you think others will? "That's whatthese forums and things should be about, if not how can we express what we think if people are suddenly going to attack you or go against you by taking sides." -First, he posted something that wasnt required. He even went on, talking about unecessary topics. This thread wasn't aimed towards whinning about the system, when in reality, dreamer2008 only wanted to ask for experiences. Tony609 has repeated his attitude and displayed his ignorance in other threads, alike the one I continue to cite (LGB & "Adopting"). Second, if he wants a reply to his posts, a reply that is in good light, than he should watch out for the word and tone he uses in posts. No one will give you a good answer is you say "I'm so against about gay couples being able to adopt kids to rise a family !! That's not normal !!!! Not right at all !" because all that quote is asking for is some harsh criticism. The poster, Tony609, needs to keep his beliefs to himself. If he so wishes to receive responses, in the future, towards questions, chat about life, or even debating a topic, he needs to watch his tone and choice of words. Peace out, I think I just owned all of you EDIT#1: If we are going to be criticized for responding honestly to horrible writting, autrocious thoughts and incredibly stupid posts I expect a response post up to par on the quality of this post. I am not even trying on this one if you plan on trying.
