After a long wait and yesterday giving up and completely being broke!! No phone no money for books and items I need for school god smiled at me and finally send me good news today!! I received three notification emails saying I have been approved and my card was sent into production yesterday!!! I got them at 5:00am so that was really early! Omg I'm finally going to be able to work in the hospitals and finish my nursing career!! Help my dad with his business and move on in life legally. I'm extremely happy and hope everyone else gets approved so we can finally live our lives without fear!!! And rock on!!!!!

That's the lamest excuse ever!!!! They need to hire people that work fast and hard not lazy people that only sit around and do nothing all day!

heck yeah, they are. that's why i HATE when i call customer services and i get some guy name "david" who has the thickist Indian accent ever and all they do is read from a script. OH MAKES ME SOOOOO MAD!!!

It will probably arrived much, much faster than that. From what I have seen on here, it will arrive in no more than 10 days. I could be wrong, but it won't take a month. Go straight to the SSN building in your town, and apparently it does not take more than a week to get a SSN. Congrats!!! I pray I will open up that page one day and my Initial Review will be in the rear view mirror! haha

Is that the answer you got when you called to know about your case? I mean, it is fair, but it seems fishy when certain people get approved first, and then someone who sent stuff 1 month before is still waiting. It really depends on who is on your case, I guess. Like I said before, and I will say it again, they are all probably lazying around drinking non-fat soy lattes instead of doing any work. Infuriaaaates meeee!!

Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I've been coming to this site for a while now. The correct thing to do was to register so I did. I've been living in Chicago IL since 1991 or since I was 9 years old. I recently applied for DACA. I was a bit scared because I'm turning 31 years old in March. Hopefully I get approve soon. hey everyone, i'm Matt, a couple weeks ago on January 23, i posted that it has been 3 months for my process for the Dream Act and nothing had happened. yesterday Febuary 4 i received an email saying i was approved!!!!!! i'm so exited. my cases are the I821D( Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals ) and for the I765( APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION ). they both jumped from INITIAL REVIEW to: POST DECISON ACTIVITY and the other to CARD/DOCUMENT PRODUCTION. on the email and on the site it says it will be delivered in 30 days. is there an average amount of days that it arrives? also, what should i do whenever i get it? go straight to the social security agency or wait a couple days ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW, THANKS

My youngest brother and I received our deferrals and employment authorization cards already, but our brother, who is about to graduate from high school, is still waiting for his. We all sent ours at the same time, but he still has to hear from USCIS. My two brothers' first names are Jose, and I was wondering: might that have affected the process at all? Our biometrics were done on November 20th, so we're still within the 90 days. Thank you!

Since I am a Computer Science major, I know the govt keeps track of who walks in to their site. IP's and all of that is recorded in there. believe it or not, there is a chip inside every computer that keeps track of every keystroke, it was actually implemented on the Patriot Act. The little things some don't know. I cover my front facing camera from the computer because they can take pics of who views their sites if you have that front facing camera, same goes with cell phones.

i believe its just whoever gets your application. if you get some lazy worker your out of luck but if your lucky and get a very relaxed and chill back worker who just is breezing through applications then your in luck.

the process starts not after you send in your application but after you've done your biometerics. USCIS does not work on weekends or holidays. so it's only been 24 workdays since your bios. from the general time frames USCIS has put out, 4 to 6 months is the general guideline.

Once you get apporove for deferred action immigration has 90 days to give you an answer on your work permit.
