From Facebook check-ins to every single receipt with your name and date on it, just over burden them with tons of documents. Hell, send them copies of your emails as well if you want, just think of everything that has your name or all of the other names that you've used on it. Its kind of ridiculous that they want us to come up with all these evidence knowing damn well that we've been here with no papers, leading us to live very low-profile lives with little to no traces of evidence, its like asking a homeless person for his bank-statements. But at least we've been given a chance, might-as-well take advantage of it.

I am definitely glad my parents settled in Los Angeles, CA. This beautiful state has it all. Cultural diversity, night life, freeways, lots of mexicans, Antonio Villaraigosa and yeah sure, lesbians. I would shoot myself if I lived anywhere else. I have a friend who visited Alabama and he has some horrible stories. Not only can we party and win championships lika a "motha" but we are also a lot more compassionate towards others. No matter you religion, sex, legal status, whatever. Truly a Great American State.

i meant i got approved yesterday! feb 7 lol guess am still so excited lol but dnt lose hope yall be next and the USCIS Case status Notifier they say its a better to check it there and you will get a message to your cell if anything changes but yes i was checking my status every minute and i stop doing it yesterday like for 2 hours then i went back and checked my status and saw it had changed! it got me by surprise

That just means that there will be a 30-45 day delay from the time the lockbox accepts your application to the time you will be able to view your status online. It won't affect knowing whether you're approved or not since your status doesn't change during the first 30-45 days when you file your application. The status stays in initial review until you're application is approved/RFE which we all know is starting to take several months.

No, it doesn't mean application process is going to take longer. The message is for people who are sending there application and can't view thier case status online. The message is clear, it says to give the system 30-45 days from the date application is lodged and until it appears on the cases status website. I think alot of people are calling in complaining about not able to view their case file on the website. So, the message is for them.

i dont understand why most of yall had to use social or itin with bank of america ..all i use was my matricula when i was 18 an had to deposit 25 to get it open,,,,i use da 20 up quik lol my bank account was at 5$ for a long time lol

And it will get worse now with the law they are trying to pass. This is so sad, I feel terrible for the children who are here ilegally now and will grow up here never knowing their home countries...now what about them? In 10 years, will they fit in another law? Many Americans can be so offensive, and the most ignorant thing is that the real Native American is the real and original owner of this land. They were here and got taken advantage of, but the typical American refuses to acknowledge that. It is like Obama said, "what we forget is that we used to be them". It just makes me so sad to see how many people could be succesful and help, but because of a stupid SSN, you can't do anyting, not even contribute to the country. And it is not like it is our right to be here, out parents made necessary choices, but they knew what they were doing. I feel that by not protecting the border, the situation is going to get worse for us, the undocumented immigrants of right now, it needs to be done. And it may sound selfish because you know, "I'm already here", but we also need to think of the American people who are here, we are not entitled to this, but obviously, they did not send any of us packing yet for a reason. I just feel so cheated sometimes when I see spoiled American teenagers sometimes smoking weed, doing drugs, selling dope and we are out there working for $8/hr and they have all this free time and resouces because their parents worked hard to pay for an education and they barely have to lift a finger, because you know, Consuelo the housekeepr does all things for Mr. Johnsons' kids lol...very stero typical, sorry. I am just frustrated about not being employed right now when there is a job actually waiting for me and I can't work it bc I am still waitiiiiiiiing for someone to get their damn coffee every morning and look at my name sitting there on the desk and say "Well, let me see, this kid went to school, she pays taxes with an ITIN, she doesn't have any criminal history, I think I will approve"...but nooooo...damn it! I agree. The people around here are always so racist, they probably think that the President is an idiot for doing this and it is now their job, so, why not make us wait as long as possible, right? That isn't always the case, but people just make undocumented people feel so bad most of the time it is hard not to assume things like that.

Hmm...this is new. I had seen a post from someone who thought that as time went on, the processing times would get longer because so many people are applying and they are not processing stuff fast enough. Maybe this is what is happening now. Try and call them on Monday and ask. Because this does sounds like there is an overflow of applicantion where they havent even initiated your review. I could definitely be wrong, but just call and ask, you might get some better info and then you can share with us all here as well in case someone gets the same thing as you. Good luck

guys hang in there ! i was sick at one point like damn fuck when am i gonna get approved im home yesterday i leave to go chill before i left i checked uscis n it still said the same thing as it does every day u no bla bla initial lol i leave n im chillin w my homie ghost n im tellin him all about my status bla bla i go on uscis so he can actually see what it was that it said n its still at the same spot as always so boom i just get dropped off im back home and i see my moms is not on the computer as usual so im like ok let me just go online i havent been on the pc in a minute lol iphones keep u busy i go to uscis n bam i got approved i was bouncing off the walls like if i won the nba championship lol and thats pretty much my story lol wish you guys the best ill update again when i get the letter they send after approval 1 love hang in there =]

Pretty much what OSHA said is the "usual" or what everyone knows or will respond. Unfortunately 821D petitions aren't included in the processing times in the uscis website because they have a whole mess going on now in their offices with new and old petitions and even those who sent a request. Has Anybody sent their petition on or after October to the california service center and still waiting?? They should really enforce the 3month period for deferred action as well so u know where you are standing at. I sent mine onseptember 21 sent RFE on nov 13 and still waiting..Definitely sucks

YES!!! 131 days since my biometrics, 89 working days. I wish they did them in order! I have a deportation order so I knew it would take longer, just didn't think it'd take THIS long! GEESH! It's ok though... it's too cold to get my motorcycle license. I'm sure I'll have it by summer so I can cruise!

I personally believe there is a better correlation, between individuals who are still in High School and/or attending College and received faster approval notices. Compared to the fate of those who have been out of public education for a while.
