hey guys just wanted to inform you that my application was just accepted on feb 21. both the deffered action, and the work permit were accepted on the same day! i sent my app to the vermont office. SOOO everyone else waiting ......................... Get ready!

I have been APPROVED ! I'm literally over here jumping up & down from excitement. I'm so happy. God helped through this & never let me lose faith! I'm praying for all y'all who haven't been approved yet. Don't worry it will happen when you least expect it. )

The purpose of this topic is to publish your Timeline, here's mine as an example: - Date Application Sent: September 21, 2012 - Application's Lockbox: Vermont lockbox - Date acceptance letter: September 27, 2012 - Date of I-797 C (Application Approved): Pending - Date Biometrics (Walk in): October 5, 2012 at 12pm - Date Biometrics scheduled: October 19, 2012 at 2:00pm - Date of EAD received: Pending I know some of you guys have it as your signature but the reason for this topic is to compare our cases and waiting process all just in one place. I found myself going and scrolling through different topics just to read some of the signatures that have their timeline published so why not having them all just in one place. Just curious to know if anyone from this forum got an RFE from Laguna Niguel? How long did it to get approve?? I know for sure the wait wont be longer than 60 days because they stated that on the letter!! sooooo anxious!!!!!!! Running around like spongebob squarePants saying "IM READY!" "IM READY!" IM READY!" LOL

Well, when people were calling in to do Service Requests at 3 months for the I-765, USCIS was going off of the Received Date. The member named Luna was also told to call back next Thursday, which would be 6 months after her Received Date. I would try doing a Service Request 6 months after the Received Date, just to see what the Service Center says.

I think is normal for you to be worried and I think it may delay the process a little bit but you should be fine!!! call again and ask to be transfer to an agent and explain to them what is going on. good luck.

Im very confuse regarding the waiting period. I keep reading posts to wait 6 months before calling to ask about my paperwork status. My question is, Do i wait 6 months from the date they received my application or 6 months after I did my Biometrics? Help!!!

Lol you forgot to show proof of residence from 07 to 12? and with a lawyer? lol... you could've paid me 10 bucks and I would've done a better job
