Hi would you please update me with your husband case ? I actually have the same misdemeanor and i got it reduced from class a misdemeanor to class B , and sent all my court papers along with my application I just did my biometrics Feb 27th but i am wondering if a misdemeanor like this would delay approval -

1 pointI had a misdemeanor nd I took my bios Dec 10. Unfortunately I havent been approve but the fact that we do doesnt mean We will get rejected, But even then his misdemeanor is nothing serious, so im sure he'll get approved. besides applications are taking a long time to get approved, nd theres a 4 to 6 month wait to get approved...its just a matter of time.
