my question is can i file taxes with my new social? i have not file taxes before with my fake social or with the irs number. so is there any way i can file? or must i wait till next year? and start fresh. i have school papers showing i payed for my mechanic school. btw i have no need in transferring any of my old social to my new social. as i want to start fresh with my own social.

No we don't. You have to write down your A# and Receipt Number. The ITIN has nothing to do with the DACA and EAD applications.

Same my timeline is on my signature From what I have seen Cali's center is taking long as well. I've seen a lot of approvals from September and October so hang in there. I'm sure there will be more approvals from Cali this month Best of luck

Seems like the waiting period keeps getting longer now with all the applicants, but stay positive because regardless of waiting a month or six or more it has to be resolved. This is just part of the process. If you don't have a criminal background I am sure it is just a minor thing that is slowing down the time for your application.
