I don't think so. It's a U.S. territory and you will only come across TSA agents. All you need to show them is your ID. If for whatever reason you come across Border Patrol, you just have to prove your Legal Presence to them. You aren't traveling from a foreign country into the U.S. or vice versa.

Me and my brother just got our Notice of Actions . Now the waiting game for Bio's letter and appointment. Brother and I have 100% clean record so hopefully won't take long afterwards its done. I would also like to thank everyone for their posts about DACA and on how to fill everything out and just general questions people ask. Helped me fill everything out 100% accurately and didn't have to pay any extra for 2nd party help !!!!

Hahaa, you'll be fine buddy. When the moment come when you find out you've been approved, you will never forget it and we'll be here congratulating you. Those approvals come so unexpected and that's the best thing about it.

The social security number that you've used before was it legally issued to you or was it fake? You only put social security numbers that was LEGALLY issued to you by the SSA. If you've used a fake social security number before don't mention it, don't write it down, don't even think about it. Forget all the fake stuff you've used before. Its time to start fresh...

First of all, don't freak out, you will not be denied even if you don't send everything that they are asking for. Find whatever evidence you can find and if you come short, get at least 3 strong credible affidavits and you will be fine. The people who are working on these cases are not dumb, they know our situations and I highly doubt that they will deny you because of it. An RFE is not as bad as people are making it seems, at this point it means that your background check is complete and you're on your way to being approved. All you have to do now is to satisfy their concerns. Send them those little evidence that you could find with some affidavits, they are really helpful and they are one of the easiest things to send.

When you filled out your application did you leave out any names like your second last name, or did you write it down like it's shown on your Birth Certificate? Do all of your letters, I-797C Receipts and Biometrics letter, have your FULL name on them? Either way, there have been several occasions in which people have been approved within a week of receiving this update. Good luck.

If you filled out form G-1145, you should get the text or e-mail notifications within a week. If you didn't, your first notifications will be the two I-797C Receipts that will come in the mail within 2 weeks. Then, you should receive the Biometrics appointment letter within 1-2 weeks after that.

Do we put "Legal Alien Allowed To Work" in part 5? Also, it says: "NOTE: If you are age 12 or older and have never received a Social Security number, you must apply in person." I have never received a Social Security, just like many other DREAMers, so do we all have to go in person? Also, my full name is "Christyan Oswaldo Godinez Villalobos" So does that mean that on BOX 1 I put: First: Christyan ; MIddle: Oswaldo ; Last: Godinez Villalobos? Or Godinez-Villalobos?
