Guys i got approved ! They received my application on October 2 , I did my biometrics November 5 and on Feb 15 my case got transferred from Vermont to Nebraska and March 22 I got approved!!!! I'm so happy I still can't believe it. I waited and waited , the waiting was tough and there were moments were i thought that i would shave my head a la Britney Spears circa 2007 lol but I'm here and didnt shave my head ! hahaha I put my faith in God, and the bible says that he doesn't start something he wont finish and amen to that! I knew that I would get approved , man did i pray! Thank you to everyone on this forum! It has been so helpful and comforting to read your stories and struggles! If you are still waiting don't give up is right around the corner. It always gets darker before the sun comes out !! I feel like I'm giving an Oscar speech lol ...but seriously guys thank you ! and you! and you!! and dont worry you too will get approved ! I still can't believe it ! One of my happiest moments for sure ! Thanks to Obama too! who didnt forget about us, and believed in us ! Tell all your citizens friends to vote democrat always ...eff the republicans and their bs ! This is absolutely reidiculous..nearly 6 months months in, after my case is fucking transfered across the country, I get an RFE. I am just too pissed about this. I can't send anything else other than what I have sent. These people have to be the most irresponsible, stupid, lazy and arrogant human beings to work in an office. Like I said on another post, the cases sit there for months, because my case has been in initial review for 4 months now, and only almost 6 months later I get an RFE?? Fuck this! Don't put shit on initial review if you don't have opened the file for anything else other than to take the damn money order out! Idiots!

I been waiting since September 25 when they received my package. They reply me back with an RFE on January not sure wat day, but I reply back with the extra evidence n USCIS received it on January 25th. So next week will mark the end of the 60 days. They told me to call them back if no resoond by March 25. What should I ask them or tell them since no respond yet at deadline of 60 days?

Hi! I'm Cindy, Im from Texas and just joined this forum. I had tried to join recently but I never received the activation email, so I had to open an email account with Yahoo! Anyway, I sent my application on January 14, and got the Biometrics taken on 2-21; now im just waiting to receive the approval/denial letter(hopefully approval!). I am currently attending College, im studying Nursing, and If it wasnt because im just taking 2-3 classes per semester due to paying my expensive tuition out of my parents' pocket, I would have graduated already with my associates. Well, im happy that now I'll be able to post any concerns regarding the process, as well to help others with their's.

After a long wait and yesterday giving up and completely being broke!! No phone no money for books and items I need for school god smiled at me and finally send me good news today!! I received three notification emails saying I have been approved and my card was sent into production yesterday!!! I got them at 5:00am so that was really early! Omg I'm finally going to be able to work in the hospitals and finish my nursing career!! Help my dad with his business and move on in life legally. I'm extremely happy and hope everyone else gets approved so we can finally live our lives without fear!!! And rock on!!!!!

Look at it this way as soon as you send the additional info they will approved you soon lets hope they ask for items you all ready send good luck to you and sometimes I feel the same is been 6 months since they received my application and still initial review: /

Why would you claim them anyways . But to answer your question, I haven't heard of anything like that.

If your EAD and SSN both have only one last name, then there's no problem. I'm stuck with both last names on everything -.-

Yeah, it would be real nice for them to approve me o January then...oops! That was almost 3 months ago...well..better luck next year I guess! Yay..thanks to all the lazy people who sip lattes all day instead of doing your jobs more efficiently.

Your right Cynthia! We share the same anger towards those unproductive U.S Citizens because they have it easy from our point of view. I bet if they were in our shoes they would have felt the same way. This is the exact same anger republican feel with unproductive citizen( which in their eyes are illegal immigrant). When the 8 Senators come up with the immigration Reform for us, the government should also reform the social services in order for the U.S Citizens stop ripping them off with welfare, food stamps, disability & social security scams. We will find jobs with better pay thanks to our hard work, and it wouldn't be fair for us that the legal immigrants & U.S Citizens continue stay latched on to the government because we will be paying more taxes( which personally I don't mind). We will no longer be in need of those services as much because we are investors not consumers because we will be more cautious with are well honest earned money.
