Dream Act Or Cir?
Wisedevil22 reacted to Osha for a post in a topic
One of the reason why the Dream Act failed in 2007 is because it was included in the 2007 Comprehensive Immigration Reform which wasn't popular at the time. The Dream Act on the other hand still maintained its popularity through-out the years even though it failed few other times thereafter in Congress. My question to you all is this; Should the Dream Act be included with the Comprehensive Immigration Reform again or should the Dream Act be a stand-alone bill? I ask this question because, if the Dream Act would be allowed to be introduced as a stand alone bill for a Senate and a House vote, it will most definitely pass with little opposition. This is not just my opinion but the opinion of many politicians and reporters, because many republican politicians who were opposed to the Dream Act are now in supportive of it. I'm just afraid that Comprehensive Immigration Reform might end-up killing the Dream Act again. -

Best Credit Cards To Apply For After Daca
theaviator360 reacted to Rawf for a post in a topic
I think chase works with people with high credit score if I'm not mistaken. Read a few posts above yours for a link to a credit card you can apply for, but if you want feel free to call chase and they might offer you another credit card. Just make sure you don't apply too much or your credit score will get bad. Max 3 times a month or less. -

Por Donde Empezar? No Tengo Nombre Completo En Documentos?
Maria123t reacted to roadrunner11 for a post in a topic
Hola! -

Por Donde Empezar? No Tengo Nombre Completo En Documentos?
Maria123t reacted to Calidreamer for a post in a topic

1 pointI made a second service request after the 15 days of the first one and the letter that they sent me was more concrete about my case "Thank you for your inquiring. We will pull your file for review. You should receive a follow up notice withing 15 days indicating the result of our review". And I got approve days later. So I think it does help doing a service request !!!

Daca Still "initial Review"
tinkerbell1 reacted to splif0clock for a post in a topic
I was worried about the same thing but I was just recently approved. I also had a work permit that expired in 2002 and SSN that I have been using for school and other stuff. Don't worry to much about it, some application might have to go under extended background checks and one of them might be you. If you have sent enough evidence that satisfies the requirement, I would just be patient because for some (including me) the wait period has been 6mnt+. G'luck -
