    Help Please

Like Rawf said, there's no way for them to even find out...even if they did, that wouldn't affect you.

You know, dental assisting courses take less than 6 months to complete, and the job pays very well. I don't know if where you live you can find something like that. But it is a wonderful job for a working mom. While you are pregnant you could take the course, here in MA is cost me only 1,800. It is not much, and you can further the profession if you end up liking it. Congrats on the baby, and if defiitely doesn't affect your case, and it is great now that you can get good money back for claiming your baby as a dependant.

Since when do pregnant women can't work? Pregnant women work until their last month or even until they are about to give birth, that sounds just like an excuse and there's no way USCIS is going to find out unless you tell them? Either way, it won't affect your case at all. Congratulations!

    June 15, 2012

I didn't send anything for most of May, all of June and July of 2012, because my spring semester just ended and I didn't do really much of anything during the summer. I really thought I will get an RFE for June 15, 2012 but it never happened. I believe that the agent who was assigned to my case was smart enough to realize that I was just a college kid who was on a summer break by looking at my official college transcripts.

Sometimes I don't understand why people like to make life harder for others. Life is short, we don't have another 15 to 20 years to waste, we've been waiting for decades already! I will have to wait and read the whole bill next week. All we're reading right now are just some broad outlines, we still have to see how the Dreamers will be handled. The farm-workers and the Dreamer's path to citizenship will be expedited according to earlier remarks from John McCain, and I'll be damned if the Dreamers will put in that 15 years waiting period.

I honestly don't care if it takes 13 years become a citizen, a green card in a shorter period of time would do wonders...but does this mean that only after we get a green card we will be allowed to travel outside US? 10 years????? I mean, will there not even exist a "pass" sort of thing? Like a temporary travel "card"? I can't belive this, it is so horrible. I haven't seen my family in over 12 years! I can't take this, sometimes I don't even think it is worth all this heartache.

    Transcripts Question

I think anythin with your name and address and date will do fine, I sent paypal and ebay transactions and they accepted it. So, I guess officials will be just as fine as regular copies.

    Transcripts Question

As far as I know transcripts must be originals and sealed by the school center in order to be valid; it's always better to take that extra step that way there are no questions regarding their authenticity. Wish you success, please keep us updated on the outcome
