Help With Deportation Threat During Daca Process..
stolenlacs and one other reacted to cyanite for a post in a topic
Record him threatened you about deportation. Its against the law. I even think theres a visa out there to help you in situations like that. Take him to court. They dont care if you are illegal or not. -

Wow your case went by very fast! That's great! Congrats I've been waiting since August. It's been 8 months already, this really shows that its not by who sent it first or who is sending it later. I'm happy more and more people are getting approved, hopefully we can all get approved soon -

1 pointUscis had received my application on sept 20,2013 biometrics on Oct 24,2013 and since then I waited. I would call to try to get some type of answer and I would never get one, all they would say is wait and sometimes be rude. I've read some cases here were people talk about making themselves sick with depression and anxiety attacks, and yes i had those too. You can't help but to think your application is getting denied because its been sooo long, well at least I did. What I finally decided to do was to contact my local congressman which in my case was Raul Ruiz. Congressman can get into any Federal files with your concent of course. So I filled out the form and explained my situation, printed it out, signed it and faxed it. All that happened on a Monday April 8,2013 and by Friday the 12th I was already approved. Id like to think he helped me. After all you got nothing to lose, give it a try. Hope this helped.

1 pointI would wait until I receive Deferred Action in order to consider litigation...but that is just me, perhaps someone else has had a similar experience/knows someone that had a similar experience and might shed some light into the matter... In regards to deportation, don't worry...They can't come to your house and take you, just because...they have to have a reason to do so (traffic infraction, domestic violence, felony, etc etc)...therefore, don't worry too much about it, but stay under the radar and avoid any situations where you could expose yourself and your 'freedom.' BTW - I really like your profile pic! - you look Sexy! lol

Is Marriage After Daca Approval A Viable Path To Citizenship?
Dariela reacted to sotero_gonzalez for a post in a topic
I got married 2 years ago to a U.S citizen. I have asked many immigration attorneys about the same thing. Most of them said that since I got married before applying for DACA that once approved my wife would be able to petition for me and I would qualify for permanent residency without leaving the country and ultimately citizenship. I don't know the amount of truth behind this but like I said most of them said it is possible, some didn't know. -
1 pointAwesome! Wish you success! Now, Biometrics and then...the wait!

If Your Case Is Taking Too Long This Might Help!!
Mee reacted to Jasmine2013 for a post in a topic
I just did this today, hopefully my case will be as lucky & successful as yours thank you for this information -
1 point@briza87:I had 3 misdemeanors when I applied for DACA.In fact,, I had probation for 11 months(got it reduced though later on),but I provided USCIS with all my court docs and my termination letter from the judge.Plus, I provided recent letters from various ppl that knew me well along with my DACA applications. Also, I made it clear that although I had 3 misd,I had ONLY one arrest. I must mention it took about 5 months for them to approve me...Hope it works out well for ya.

Theresa reacted to profjouster for a post in a topic
i have evidence for all the other years and may 2012, i just didnt have anything for june 15th specifically. a professional helped me put my case together so if anything was wrong im sure they wouldve said something before we even sent it out. thanks for clarifying it for me though. -
