    Senate Immigration Bill Revealed

If the bill passes, everyone who qualifies will be given RPI status, which will be a legal status, so all states will be forced to give DL and IDs. With DACA we didn't have a legal status, just legal presence, so some states refused to issue IDs and DLs because of that.

    Working Days Calculator

Thought I could share this, since there are many of us that want to figure out how long we have been 'officially' waiting. http://www.workingdays.us/ According to this, I have been waiting 47 days, and counting What about you?

As of right now, the AP rules haven't changed. The instructions still state that you can be denied entry because of Unlawful Presence. USCIS is trying to make a revision to the rules to implement the ruling by the BIA on the Matter of Arabally and Yerabelly so that those with Unlawful Presence don't trigger the 3/10 year ban upon their departure from the United States, if Unlawful Presence is their only inadmissibility. I would wait until that revision is made before traveling using AP, but there have been a few people who claim to have traveled using AP already.

i havent applied for AP and honestly am waiting for CIR in order to travel out of the US. however, i would advise you that if you are planning on applying for AP, that you have a real legit reason to do so. Educational purposes, Family Emergancy (or death) Humanitarian reasons). those are really the only reason why USCIS would grant AP. AP doesnt work just if you want to travel out of the US for pleasure. gather as much evidence you can for the reason you are wanting AP. letter from the school stating you've been accepted to study abroad with exact dates and as much information as possible. letter from a doctor treating your loved one stating the grave nature of his/her condition or a letter stating the death of said person. the thing is, is if, you apply for AP and get denied then it's kind of a waste of money so it's best to have all your evidence and all that in order before you apply so the chances of you getting denied are slim.

    December!!

I have been waiting since october. My advice like everyone else tells me on here, try to keep busy and not think about it. It seems the more you check you status and complain about the wait, the longer it takes. There's no absolute processing time so its up in the air. I've seen some get approved within weeks and others after 6 to 8 months. Ill be waiting 7 months on the 9th. So try to be patient. Our time will come.

    Hello, I'm Cesar

Welcome to the forum brother. Glad to hear you didn't quit school and went to community college. Your education is going to be one of the most important things when you get approved so you won't be limited when it comes to getting a job.
