Just got back from the DMV and passed the behind the wheel test! The process is all complete, just awaiting the DL card now (should come next week). It's an early b-day present (24th is my b-day)! All this in time so I can legally drive the movie equipment truck to the Lake Tahoe area in California! What a great looking Memorial Day weekend: getting swerved on Friday and high tailing it to the mountains for a job!

they rereiced my app on sep 24 and up to date my case it still under review. its getting ne desprete. is anyone else in the same situation??

It most likely means u got approved it said that to me for my I-765 and it went to card production after a couple of hours and I got approved for the I--821d the next day. It does that to mostly everyone, my friend had the same thing.

Jesse that means your close to approval. Everybody that gets that message, Are close to approval that's if they don't send you and rfe. Be glad your almost there

i read a different article about this and was COMPLETELY floored. i think it's completely false when they say that USCIS is being "forced" to approved applications without being able to fully look at the application. if that was the case, then A LOT more people would have been approved for visas. seeing how there are still DACA applicants from august and september waiting for approval, i do not understand where they are getting this from. no one is sitting at their desk with a gun to their head being "forced" to approve applications. USCIS is taking their sweet ass time in approving not only DACA applications but other applications as well.

Santi is right. I was approved on May 9th and they received my app on October 9th. I was also getting very desperate and thinking everyone around me was getting approved but me and it just happened when I least expected it. I know its hard to not check everyday and to stay positive, but since they didn't provide a list of reasons why they approved some faster than others, there's nothing else to do but wait. On another note I got my congresswoman involved after someone made a thread about it, I go approved a week after I contacted her. I don't know if she had a hand in it but I did everything that I thought would help and everyone that is still waiting should too.
