good luck u will be fine some dremers get approve fast and some delay but my sobrina apply in november and did her bios indecember by chrismas she hade everything permit ,,,and i hade apply before her done everything before her ...i just got approve yeaterday i starded on 10/15/12 but welcome to the dremers forios...were here to support each other by awer experiensia...good luck -

So i read that we could prove that we've been living here in the states by showing a lease contract, but my parents are the ones that have done all that stuff, does it still counts?; i got here when i was 15 june 10 07 and didn't go to school that year cause i didnt know for how long i was gonna be here, so me and my little brother started school in january 08 i was still 15 is an affidavit valid in this case:/?? -
1 pointHELLO TODAY 04/27/13 I received a letter from immigration saying that I had a interview scheduled for my I-821 h& I-765 and I had to appear .has any one else have to go to an interview or is it just me ??? I'm freakin out it also says I pretty much have to present the same evidence they ask for when sending ur paper work out proof u were here before 16 nd u were residing here in June 15 can anyone please she'd some light !!!!! Thank u

1 pointDon't worry be happy that at least they are looking at your case. Once you send it back you will get approve witting a week. When you send back the RFE it said the number of the agent looking at your case meaning it will go straight to him. it will be a fast process.

I got approved finally yesterday May 22. I was notified by text message and e-mail. Got several alerts throughout the day. My EAC was approved first around noon and my deferred action around 6pm. It was the most amazing moment and could not believe it. I had been waiting since September 4, 2012. 8 and a half months. And exactly 6 months with business days. So that calculator worked for me. 1 pointOh, no. I misunderstood your question. Those April approval numbers aren't solely from people who applied in April, they include previous applicants from previous months who were approved in April.

Had my bios taken on nov 21 and still waiting, and now when I check on my i821D I get a message saying that they dont have any info for my case but when I check on my i765 its stil on initial review its been stuck there sinc oct 19 :/ -

Cali. I've been going through this for two years. It's taken so long because of my choice, I've been delaying everything because frankly, I'm terrified to go to Mexico. I hear and see everything that happens over there and it scares me. But I've run out of excuses. It's time to face the music. Did your friend cross with a visa? People that crossed with visas do not need to leave the country. Since I didn't have one, I'm eligible for the ten year punishment. It's BS.
