does it help if i email my service center? i'm about to hit the 10th month of waiting and i wanted to know if sending an email would help? bc i hear alot of cases that has.

I got a call from my lawyer yesterday, he told me I have great news for you! Your daca has been approved!! And I couldn't believe it! I still can't believe it! Yesterday was the happies day of my life, I only wait for 3 months I sent my application on march 26, I got a text on April 02 that they have received my case, I had my bios on April 30 and I got approve July 02!

Some of those dreamers had DACA, some didn't. Those who did have DACA, didn't request Advance Parole before leaving the United States, therefore they are inadmissible and might be barred from the U.S for 3/10 years. They didn't have the required documents to travel outside of the U.S, DACA alone doesn't allow us to do that.

hopefully. i can't take much from the stats though with the idea that some still get approved like a month or two after the application is received and others had to wait since august

I believe in some states they fix your legal status that way you don't go back to your country with the money.
