Yes! I finally got approved after 9 months of waiting. I was told my case was being investigated for fraud, I made several service request inquiries with no response, and I even emailed Nebraska office directly and didn't get a response, but I think that's what helped me get approved. Bcuz after 2 weeks of sending them an email I got approved. I now have my red card and I'm in the process of obtaining my ssn and my license. I'll be sticking around here to help those who have questions about their case. Good luck to rest who are still waiting!!!!!

Daca - Month Of May Statistics

Kinda late, but just posting it for the record. SOURCE Lowest amount of applications submitted, biometrics appointments scheduled, applications under review. Highest amount of applications approved. DACA is slowly coming to an end.

    How Has Life Changed?

Life has definitely improved since my approval in December. I'm working two jobs now and am able to help out more at home in terms of finances. Never knew how much I would appreciate direct deposit and my mother not being so stressed out. This is the most carefree she's been in a long time. I can finally focus on finishing my degree and going to medical school. Before DACA, I had no clue how I was going to finance the rest of my education. Unfortunately, my state has banned undocumented students from the less expensive state schools (great education with a much lower price tag), but I'm not giving up on my double major.

I have been waiting for 7 months going on to my 8 after my biometrics not even sure how long since I turned my application in. It seems like 3 years. I'm stressed out, I over think it a lot, I almost feel like I can't move on with life it's hard it's a necessity more than anything. Anxiety to another level..! I go into USCIS about 3 times a day every day and nothing but initial review. Everyone all my friends have received theirs its frustrating. But all we can do is pray! And just stay POSITIVE POSTIVENESS at all times!

    How Has Life Changed?

Everything has changed for me. From ID to Learners Permit to License, was able to open 3 credit card accounts and purchased a car using a loan with extremely low interest. Don't have the job of my dream, but I'm working on it. Being able to work legally is the most amazing thing ever. Getting e-verified and coming up clean and valid is a great feeling.
