Please don't give up!.. Im in the same situation as you are. I've been waiting since Nov. 8 . As long as we don't receive any notice letting us know we have been denied we can keep our hopes up. Let's jst pray we get answers soon. Good Luck to us ! -

you might need to have your lawyer write an explanation that he checked the box as a mistake but to be safe do go to the court house and ask for a.print out that states you have no prior or pending cases or any outstanding tickets. sucks that your lawyer caused you more delay but he NEEDS to fix it -

My friends brother got approved three months ago and he filed form I 130 and only took Hein 5 weeks to get a visa, you could use it dag they only ad a visa .to your permit till you get it permanently after two years and you don't have to go to next..) -
