The EAD takes about a week to arrive after you're approved. After you apply for an SSN, the number isn't generated right away. The SSA first has to verify your information, which doesn't take long. You'll probably be assigned a number after 3 days. You can call the SSA and ask if you have been assigned a number, and if you have, you can go to the SSA office and get a printout of your number, or you can just wait 7-14 days to get the SSN in the mail.
