    No but I would bring it up at the ss administration office so that they know what to do when the system try's to do the identity match. I would call uscis if You also would need do the change of address with uscis. Its hard to determine if people consider dorm addresses permanent though. would personally put my parents address if that is the address I put on the daca application since that is home address and for drivers license I would put the dorm's.
