I've been waiting for this moment for soooooooooooooooooo long... Thank you god!!!!! Like I can not thank you enough!!!! I'm so relieved that I'm finally approved!!!!! Ugh it feels so good saying it! Thanks to all my family and friends for all the support. I also want to thank all of the members of this forum for helping all of us that were still waiting! Thank you guys I'm sooo blessed!

so i got an email saying that my case had been updated..... and it said card document production.... so happy but my question is what about the I821D?? what does it mean? Im also happy cut it only took them 11 days for them to make a decision ? does any one how long it takes to get a decision on the I821D?

omg don't you hate that? it's like they are toying with us. lol hopefully it arrives soon

Ooh ok yea I'm pretty sure you're approved a lot of people here got an update saying the same thing. I wasn't expecting anything but I was going through my emails and I saw "USCIS" on the title I was nervous but u opened it and it said my card was sent to production!!!! I started jumping screaming etc lol Then I got 2 emails saying that both apps are approved.

As far as I'm concerned, you don't need the card, just the physicians recommendation or prescription. The card is voluntary and it's just to show it to police officers in case they stop you and you have marijuana on you because some don't accept just the physician's recommendation as proof.

I just wanted to update everyone and let them know that I have been approved. After a long 7 month wait, I received news that i was approved: first for the I-765 then a couple of hours later for I-821D. It happened out of no where. I just had to wait. Don't lose hope guys. Date Application Sent:October 25,2012 Received Date: October 29, 2012 Date of Acceptance e-mail/text: November 1, 2012 Date of I-797 C Notice of Action: November 1, 2012 Date of Biometrics: November 23, 2012 Date of EAD and DACA Approval: May 15, 2013
