BRO YOUR RECORD IS CLEAN IF U COMMITED A MISDEMEANOR BEFORE THE AGE OF 16 THEY CLEAR ALL OF THAT OUT AFTER THE AGE OF 16 IF U COMMITED A CRIME THEY WILL HAVE YOU IN THE SYSTEM BUT SINCE U WAS 12 U DONT HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT BECAUSE UR RECORD IS GONE! I got a DUI(misdemeanor) six years ago. I applied April 2013..and I am still waiting for my approval, it's been 8 months now! -

They're only concerned if you were actually convicted for anything. Just because you went to court for it doesn't mean that is a bad thing. It could of easly got dismissed. Good luck mate -
