All this person needs to do is register to a school to obtain GED, send the proof of registration, schedule and attendance sheet, and put "currently in school" for the education part. You do have to stay in school to complete GED though but you can get your work permit while you are in school if approved before completing GED. -

They do check about that because there is someone who did the schooling but unfortunately, the school was not certified by the school board of the state, She did not know the certificate was not ligite and so yes, she did get an RFE. -

Well, yeah...great, that is just what everyone needs! People who are undeserving trying to ruin it for everyone else...But to answer your question...I guess it could work, because I bey they don't check much except for if you have a serious crime, thru the FBI...you are not a terrorist, paid your fees, has proof of residence..done! In my opinion that is what would happen,but it better be a darn good fake one.
