    Approved :']

I just received my letter a few days ago that I have been approved! words cannot express how happy & thankful I am! I want to thank everyone that has helped me in these forums, you've been amazing! & for everyone that's still waiting, don't give up! Just when I was about to give up on hope, I received the wonderful news. I had received an RFE for a police certificate clearance because my fingerprints wouldn't process, I lagged so much on sending the letter back in fear that it was just going to lengthen my process, but I got approved about 2 weeks after I sent back the RFE! I feel so blessed to have been acceped so quickly considering there's been people that have been waiting over a year. I wish everyone that's still in the process the best of luck! Here's my timeline to the best of my ability, I didn't write down the dates of everything. - Date Application Sent: December 16, 2013 - Application's Lockbox: Phoenix Lockbox/ Service Center: Nebraska - Date acceptance letter: 12/26/13 - Date Biometrics (Walk in): February 13, 2014 - 2nd Biometrics Appt (first fingerprints wouldn't process)- February 25, 2014. - RFE sent: June 26, 2014. - Date of I-797 C approved - July 9, 2014. - Card mailed - July 14, 2014.

    Renewing Daca

http://www.uscis.gov/uscis-main-site/humanitarian/consideration-deferred-action-childhood-arrivals-process/ice-granted-daca-renewal-guidance It pretty much tells you that you have to fill out the 3 forms (I-821D, I-765, I-765WS). You can do it 4 months before your permit expires.

I enjoy looking a timelines. Give me an idea of when someone will be approved. If all is good on your biometric end you are looking at august or September.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I applied for daca after being denied a green card since I aged out by 20 days. I was frustrated already going into it, but hopeful that the process would not be so bad. I finished biometrics April 2013 and did not get approved until a couple of days ago. It took one year from start to finished, and I haven't received my work permit yet so who knows how long that will take. All I can say is to stay positive. I know it's tough, but it's necessary. I had to quit my job since my working permit expired as well as my drivers license. I am a registered nurse and sitting aroud is just so unbearable sometimes. But try and keep busy. Also, send inquiries online and letters to the processing centers to make sure your case hasn't gotten lost in the sauce. My mom ended up crying over te phone when speaking with a rep and a couple days later, I was approved. I don't recommend the crying business, but do as much as you can for yourself. Send as many letters and references as you can, it can't hurt to do so. I wish you all the best and hope your application gets approved soon.
