    You opened a chase account checking account. Did you appply for the credit card same day as well? If not, how long did you wait? I as well opened a chase checking account about more than a month ago. And just yesterday, i applied for a credit card. They need 10 days or less to make a decision. This makes me a little worried now. I hope they don't decline me. In other news, I also applied for a Capitol One Credit Card and got approved right away. 500$ limit.
