I think you should use the governemt name, although you will be stuck with 2 last times in the eyes of the governemt, not that that's a bad thing. I would ask a lawyer if possible. Honestly, I don't think it will make THAT much of a difference as long as your consistent throughout the applications and pick what is best. -
Jose, I think your over reacting. It's normal for police to do just that, scare you. I think that was nothing more than taking some info and turning the corner and flipping the paper out the window(lol). But it's good to know that it was never recored. I can say that I believe you are free to apply. If you don't have any other runins with the law, your good.
