Will Driving without a license cause any troubles to My Immigrational Process??? I have been waiting for over 10 years for my Residency/Citizenship and I need to drive in order to get to college/work. I cant just sit with my arms crossed. - I Did not Enter the country illegally. so therefore I have a passport, & a social Secuirty issued by the USA.. but I do not qualify for a state drivers license. How Pathetic.

If any of you ever require any assistance in graphic design/ or website development projects, For anything Regarding dream act, or anyt form of relation to Immagration/right etc. hit me up I will be more than glad to invest my time to do so.. I am a graphic designer and website developer!!

yeah, my girlfriend turns 18 in 1 year.. LOL sucks. But hey getting married was our plan anyway. but that is what my sister is currently doing... so many fees thought..! but I think that will be my only hope..

about a year ago or so, I received a letter of deportation.. However I don't think I am considered illegally, Because I have paid Bonds in order to resubmit my immigration case. And they have accepted my re submission recently.. I'm just not sure if applying for this is the right thing for me to do.. I need to get in contact with my family lawyer. If this shit doesnt work out soon, Im going to get Married! sucks but do what you gottaa do brothaa.

sounds like we're on the same boat my brother! I am now 18 And My SSN has a "Not valid for Employment" on it!! here in nevada, there is barely any bus stations to get around! winter & snow is around the corner, and I'm SCREWED without a license.. But quick question for the Deffered Action... I Do apply for all requirements, except that I finished high school all 12 years, but Have 1.5 credits to still make up, and pass my Math State Test For my school to give me my Diploma.. however I can still obtain a Certificate of attendance? so can i still apply?

I've never been in trouble with the law, ever.. LOL.. Im just a regular dude trying to get thru life with the bullshit struggles this country puts! I been here since I was 5 years old!!! Raised in the USA, and No rights.. ermm..

I find it funny how illegal immigrants can drive, as long as they show a form of ID when they go to court and pay the ticket. that is exactly what my friend does... and I'm doing everything right, came legally, doing everything legally, and I cant even get issued a drivers license. pathetic...

I don't even know, I'm just trying to drive lol... I need to know if going to court for driving without a license can dismiss my immigration process or put it at risk.
