  1. New - Q9. How should I fill out question nine (9) on the Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization? A9. When you are filing a Form I-765 as part of a Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals request, question nine (9) is asking you to list those Social Security numbers that were officially issued to you by the Social Security Administration.
  2. Travel outside of the U.S.

One thing I wanna do is travel to Africa or other poor countries as a nurse to volunteer to help people get medical care of course with a team of doctors and nurses... That's always been my dream! This trips are usually 2 weeks... This would count as a humanitarian reason
  3. I-765 question #9

I understand what you are saying but Did You read the instruction on how to fill out DACA application on USCIS.gov??
  4. Travel outside of the U.S.

Rawf you are right! People who get these permits try to abuse them and push the limits! The reason we are getting the work permit is because we have been raise here since were young and we are Americans in every way but on paper...now people who want to go study to other countrys are pushing it clearly defeats the whole purpose for DACA.
  5. I-765 question #9

it clearly says on the instructions to leave it blank if the answer is n/a
  6. 29 I think the reason is people have been doing walk- ins
  7. LOLl I know right... Well it is what it is..it wasn't when we wanted it but when we least expected it... . And it's very sad all the people who got deported I put myself in their shoes and I feel their pain...
  8. I know but it could end if Romney wins or if obama wins but let's be practical here can that really happen? looke at history like the TPS... DREAMers are people who have no criminal history and all they want is to get ahed in life and wont take EAD for granted! In two years when is time to renew it let's prove the government they did the right thing by giving dreamers the EAD get an education be a good citizen do as much as u can in two years and fight for the dream act a path to citizenship.... It's possible
  9. I believe the republicans had a lo to do with not passing the dream act! And what the president did on June 15 2012 was remarkable... Yeah like you said he could have done it to win Latino voters back but maybe he did it just in case he didn't win in November cus Romney would have never granted deferred action to dreamers or pass the dream act he doesn't even care about immigration and he's pro self deportation so! Thank you so much mr. Obama this is the first step to something bigger! I know many will rather take this opportunity than live in the shadows... I can belive u called call mr. Obama an ass when all he did was help dreamers out of the shadows... Just look how fast everything is moving along less than a month and 29 dreamers have been granted deferred action.
  10. Do we put down fake SSN?

I hope not... it will be a disaster cus theres 82000 applicants so far and some wrote the fake SSNas advised by some incompetent lawyers... For example if u been drinking and driving but don't get caught will u turn yourself in to the police? Of course not you might get a DUI on your record ... If in the form 1-821D had asked have u been drinking and driving? I wonder how many will admit to this without having been charged with a DUI? Now if USCIS wanted to know if dreamers have been working with a fake SSN or someone elses.. USCIS would have asked that.. Just like they asked about being part of a gang or killings or severely injuring someone etc... I hope it make sense God bless everyone prayers are always answer so pray! Our dreams will come true
