Hello.. I came to the us when I was 16 yrs old in 2008. I Have only lived in the us for 4 years and a couple of months. I graduated high school here in the us and currently in college. My question is... Will there be a chance or a little hope for me to apply for deferred action.? Will I need a lawyer to help me? Is there a loophole in obama's new policy?

I think you can apply in bank of America.. Just call them and ask them if you can apply credit card using your tin number.. But I'm pretty sure you can since I experience the same thing. Good luck!!

I think you won't have a problem since you studied here for many years.. You could use your school records to prove that you came here many years ago. And it doesn't matter if you came here legal or not as long as you could prove to them that you've been living here.

Thanks!! I do have a proof of arriving here when I was 16.. It's just the age requirements and years of staying here that puts me in a hard spot.... But other than that, I have everything that I need to qualify... Good luck to the both of us! Thanks;)
