Is there a time limit to send the dream act forms

I only have proof for a year . Can I use my Mexican council is to proof a year .. if so what else can I use to proof the rest of the 5 yrs

Can I take the pictures on my own , they have to be in color? The passport pictures

When I send the application do I send copies of every document I have? Andhow do I send it all

This is the thing I graduated on 07 and I haven't been able to go to school after that so I dnt have much of school records.
