Actually I don't think it's a possibility because if you qualify for DACA, it's because you're here illegally so in order to get a status you need to be here legally, once you become an illegal person you cannot get any other status unless you marry someone.... DACA won't give you any legal status, just like it says, it will defer your case so you wont be deported and you will be granted a work permit, but as of now, the only way for us to get a legal status is by getting married. Yet, I'm not lawyer, you should consider asking a lawyer or someone who knows about the matter.

I could barely understand what you are saying but just the fact that you're in Mexico and not here in the US does not qualify you for Deferred Action -
If you have a bank account, send them your bank statements from 2010, and if you have a lot of transactions (i.e. bought stuff regularly with that debit card) it will pretty much be enough evidence.

I totally get you on this one man, this used to happen to me all the time but best thing i did was to get away from those people cause they, in reality, never were my friends at all even though they knew my problem. But I'm not telling you this so that you do that also, I mean just keep yourself busy. Besides, once you get your papers you'll probably do a lot better than them, so be patient just like me, it will eventually get at you.

After you send your applications (821D & I-765) you will get a receipt for both of them, after that, you will be getting your biometrics appointment which they will assign you the date/time/address to go to and have your biometrics taken, after that, you'll have to wait for their decision.

I'm also glad about this new opportunity and I think most of the people who qualifies for this new policy feel like they should be given the privileges permanent residents have since we were mostly raised here in the US and it's the only country we really know. And to me, the fact of renewing the EAD every two year does not cut it for me either but as @Itzel said, it's step by step and we have to be glad we were granted this opportunity. PS: I CANT WAIT FOR MY APPROVAL !!

I also had this question, but supposedly all the military branches require you to at least be a resident. Even though their website say it, it doesn't hurt to go and ask them directly which is what I'm planning to do, you never know.

But still if he won't revoke it, the two year renewal will keep going until someone actually takes action on stopping the renewal process. Since this is a new immigration policy, it has to be terminated in order for people to not be able to renew their visas. Still, if I could vote, I would go with Obama.
