      Aralopez if you have had issues with the law before, I recommend a lawyer. If you haven't, then fill it out yourself.

      If you are sure that there aren't any possible complications with your case like absences from the U.S., interactions with the police or immigration etc. then there should be no reason for you to have to pay for a lawyer. We can help you fill out your form here.
