Hello everybody, ok so i got a RFE saying i only submitted evidence that i was in the U.S. from 2010 and prior...and that i didnt have evidece from years 2011 and 2012. I had actually submitted 2 copies of 2 different envelopes for years 2011 and 2012 with the post office stamp in the front which shows the date "2011" and "2012" but i guess that doesnt count? anyways...it also says that i didnt answer section 2 of the I-821D but i have a copy of my application and i DID answer those questions so i dont understand why they say i didnt answer them? so i was wondering what can i do because i have no more proof to give them that i was here in 2011 and 2012...i have no bills under my name or checks or accounts or dr appointments..nothing at all because ive just been home. do you guys think affidavits would help me as evidence??

Someone help me please, i went to enroll in cosmetology school and was signed up for fafsa and was told i was approved. then i went to school to take a test that cost $100 and then i started actual classes today. while i was there i got called to the office and the main lady told me that i cant get fafsa because my social security card says im only permitted to work. so she called uscis in front of me and they told her what D.A.C.A. was, so she told me to go back tomorrow and take my paperwork from daca with me so she can find out more about it. DO ANY OF YOU KNOW IF IM WAISTING MY TIME? IM SO CONFUSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

form AR-11, Aliens change of address card There is a part that asks "i am in the united states as a: □Visitor, □Permanent resident, □Student, □other____(specify)" I'm guessing I would check the "other" box but what do I write in it? Also there is a part that asks "i work for or attend school at: (emloyers name or name of school)" What should I put there ? because I currently don't have a job nor am I in school. :/ And last there is one part that asks "of not a permanent resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on: (date-mm/dd/yyyy)" In that part do I write the day my D.A.C A. Expires? Please help me with this if u can I appreciate it very much thank you

So like I posted yesterday I got the approval letters for both forms, well now I live with my mom and my husband is still at his moms, I told him to open up the letters and read them since they were mailed over there (2hr drive) and he had told me something about how they (im guessing uscis) need to verify the approval by either txt, email, call or a visit. So I'm confused about that part, if you've been approved how were you "verified"??? Should I be worried since I just moved out ? I'm going to file a change of address today. Also my third question is what do I do after getting the EAD ? What do i apply for next? Thank you if u can help me

I applied sept 6th and they received my app sept.12th. Had an rfe in nov 30th. They received my rfe back Dec 19th. I've been waiting a while and I was wondering if I could do a service request and if I can then how would I do that?

so as some of u may know i am about to get a divorce...i applied for DACA with my married last name and i was wondering if i get my case approved i will receive my EAD,SNN,ID with my married last name...but since i wont be married much longer how do i change my last name back to what it use to be? or do any of u have any advice on what i can do?

WHAT EVIDENCE DID YOU SEND THEM? ANY AFFIDAVITS? -
If you are thinking of sending an affidavit, there are a few things you should know. First, you have to send at least two or more affidavits from people other than yourself who have had knowledge of the events. Second, if your affidavit is being used as proof that you have been in the U.S. then you may chose to get it notarized but it is not necessary...if you chose to not get it notarized then you must provide a copy of the Identification of the people who wrote each affidavit. Third, according to the USCIS website, affidavits can only be used when there is a "gap" in the five year period requirement. So i would not recomment using affidavits for the whole 5 years(2007-2012) but you can call USCIS and ask them if u want. I left it blank. I meant to ask the lady while I was there but she was so RUDE to me that I completely forgot to ask her. So it stayed blank.. but I'm sure she filled it out herself once she put all my info into the system. I checked a few websites but everyone was giving me different answers. Ask while you're there
