SIGH im going to miss coming on this site and knowing whats going on with everyone. friday i will move and probably have no internet access so it sucks. grrr i just pray i get my case approved that would make everything better!!

you just have to get your permit first...you dont need classes just study for the test. and have someone teach you. well you need to get a california driver handbook and read it all, it tells you about what u need to do and have.

if not knowing wether i was denied or approved was enough now i have to add being single to the mix.

So two days ago my RFE wasnt able to be delivered because nobody authorized to receive it was at the location. but today i checked the status of delivery and it updated and it was picked up/delivered yesterday at 9 am....eventho yesterday that update wasnt there yet, but anyway im glad it got delivered now i can finally see if they will accept my affidavits IF YOURE A GODLY PERSON TAKE A MINUTE OF YOUR DAY TO PRAY FOR ME PLEASE >.< thank you

ugh so i check my RFE delivery status right now and it says nobody was there to recieve the letter and if they dont go pick it up in 15 days it will be returned to me!! ughhh why do i have to have all the problems :/

@rawf i found out about the mail now...and actually they ARE supposed to sign for it. my father in law mails certain things to P.O.Box places and he says they always get it and sign for it somehow. and also i did a little research of my own and found this link...feel free to read it, in case if i read it wrong lol

RFE...Dont know what to send now for further evidence

yeah wait till u get the RFE and see what it says first. and also we are in the same boat when it comes to evidence. they asked me for years 2011 and 2012. i just sent my RFE back to them this friday. i only had taxes from 2011 and i sent two affidavits. reading about others who sent affidavits and still got RFE's makes me feel that for sure im going to get denied since i seriously have nothing else to give as evidence. if they accept the stuff i sent then i would honestly be shocked. -
ok then thats probably why u got the RFE. in the USCIS website on the "most frequently asked questions" page about DACA it says thar if we send an Affidavit then we have to send 2 or more from people other than ourselves. and i called USCIS and got transfered to one of the officers and asked her "do the affidavits have to be notarized?" and she told me it depends and she asked me what i was using it for and i told her i was using it as proof that i was in the US for the last two years and she told me that they dont HAVE to be notarized but u CAN....and if u chose not to get them notarized then to make a copy of the ID of the people who are writing the affidavits. you should call USCIS and wait to be transfered to speak with an officer that way you can ask them whatever u want about your case...the only thing is i was on hold for an hour lol so patience child haha but atleast i got my questions answered

when u send an affidavit you have to send at least two...so did u send 2? and where they notarized or did u make a copy of the ID of person who made the affidavit? i cant believe they didnt accept all of your proof...i swear some of those officers r mean on purpose just like they were with me.

hello so first of all i dont know if any of you noticed but the letter you got says it pertains to form I-821D....but on the example that you posted you guys are looking at form I-765. I suggest you take a look at form I-821D page 4, thats where your signature should be.

woooow after reading this now i am sure i will get denied I got an RFE last week and am going to send it back sometime this week but all i have to send is me and my husbands online tax return from 2011 and two affidavits (one from my father in law and one from my pastor) and also one letter from me too which looks like an affidavit haha. but anywayyyy if they didnt accept your affidavit then dang im sure they wont accept mine, im screwd now

well look on the bright side...atleast u have proof to send to them...i dont have any proof to give to them for 2011 or 2012

CALLED USCIS TODAY AND GOT ANSWERS TO MY CONFUSING RFE!

i gave them my baptism certificate and it was good enough...it has the name of the church and signature of the pastor. idk how yours looks but its worth a shot to use it.
... and don't worry I'm pretty sure you'll get approved, you'll see
