      I don't pay rent either lol It does not have to be a large amount either I think I put $150 they just want something with your name and DATE or like you stated above ask your pastor.. Did u work anywhere in those years? You can even make a work letter from employer..

      my inlaws wouldnt lie for me like that and make a false statement though...i asked my pastor today and he agreed and is going to write an affidavit for me hopefully it comes out good. and no ive never had a job >.<

    no i dont have anything at all with my name on it :/ everything is under my husbands name and i dont go anywhere or buy anything important so i really have no proof as of right now my father in law whom is a correction officer is going to write me one affidavits and im going to ask my pastor at church tomorrow if he can write me the other one. do you guys know if they have to be notarized affidavits?

      what are they asking you for...becasue when i got mine, i thought i needed to prove more evidence that was my first thought but it was just becasue my lawyer forgot to answer a question.

  4. I went to my appointment on october 12th and still no news but at the same time reading about everyone else not hearing news yet is somewhat comforting because at least i know im not the only one. so lets keep it positive!!

    I'm going crazy waiting too, and the fact that my mother in law keeps asking me when i will get my work permit is just making me even more nervous and stressed. *SIGH
