    ugh so i check my RFE delivery status right now and it says nobody was there to recieve the letter and if they dont go pick it up in 15 days it will be returned to me!! ughhh why do i have to have all the problems :/

      Legal documents require priority, not certified. If you are sending it to a PO Box, then no one is there to sign your package.
