    ugh so i check my RFE delivery status right now and it says nobody was there to recieve the letter and if they dont go pick it up in 15 days it will be returned to me!! ughhh why do i have to have all the problems :/

      its from the mail carrier...i sent my RFE friday with a return receipt and today it supposedly got to its location (Laguna Niguel CA.) but nobody was there to accept the RFE. which is weird because the delivery status says it got to the location at 1pm. so they couldnt leave my RFE there...and they just left a notice or something saying that they need to go pick up the RFE i sent to them within 15 days or else im going to get my RFE returned to me.

      If you sent it with signature required you will get it back. You aren't supposed to make them sign.

      i thought that they are supposed to sign? when we get stuff to the house i have had to sign it. well tomorrow im going to ask my father in law since he is the one who wanted me to put the return receipt with it.
