I don't believe so! Every case is different there's people who have done biometrics back in Sept and Oct who have yet been approved! All that I can say its to just wait the 4-6 months for approval I know it had but patience is key! Good luck!

It is they said that they were not going to give licenses until they reached a plan for what would be their requirements and for how long! Which they have done so now!
