I understand what your saying, and yes theres is something you could do about your sisters RFE, but, its weird that they supposedly sent an RFE and you never received it on the mail. Does USCIS send all the letters to your own address? or to your lawyer address? Cause if they send a RFE letter and your address is correct, it shouldn't take more than 5 days to arrive. If your case is at the California Center, the following address is where you send your RFE response: (keep in mind that you cannot just send evidence without the letter they sent you on your RFE letter, its a blue paper with information, like receipt #, A number, and the evidence they need it from you. But this should be a last resource if there is nothing more to do. you got an RFE? and you already sent what they asked since october 30th? and nothing yet? or whats going on with your case?

Dont worry man, when u get an RFE and you send what they need, u get approved almost after a week! it has been the case for many people and me too. It should be fast after they received your evidence

Did you also got an RFE(request for evidence?) But yeah, just send everything you can find and can get, from all places you have done business, paid, or sign any papers. Courts, tickets.. anything Good luckk!

The only thing i would love is that my name had a Rank or something cool, you know im Z-1 , i deserve it but the forum is pretty awesome, it would be cool if u could get a text or some sort of notification when somebody liked a comment or reply or quote or even new comment. What your sending sounds pretty solid, you will get approved soon after you send your stuff. I wish you luck and let us know when good news arrive. Your brother got approved cause some officials are just to exaggerate, it just depends on which official got your case. But dont worry, you will make it with that evidence, its very solid. Well, they received my app 08/24, did biometrics 10/02, i received a RFE letter on 12/14, they received my RFE on 12/28, i got approved 01/08, tracking number says i will received my card tomorrow Sat 01/12 Im happy, it was long the wait for me, everyday cheking status :'(

Dont worry man! i didnt wrote anything on description.. i already got approved for both i821d and i765.. i get my card on Saturday Jan 12, i got the tracking number on the online status

First Applied & received on 08/24, biometrics 10/02, Got RFE letter sent on DEC 10, Received on Dec 14. Responded on Dec 27 & Received on Dec 28. I got approved on January 8!! Yeiii! i check on i765 status and i got the tracking number.. my card is getting here on Sat Jan 12!!! thats great!! Good luck to all of You!!! it will be fast if u got a RFE!

I also got a RFE , i received the letter on DEC, 14. and i sent my respond on Dec 27 and they received on Dec 28. I went online, and printed all my statements for each month since April 17 2007 to 2012, and was like over 200 pages! so i only printed 2 pages per month. I also included receipts from court payments i made from late 2005 to late 2006. I sent my cars contract i signed when i bought it on 2008,(im still paying it cost me $28,000!) i couldnt get my receipts for the payments i made every month cause dealer always said they did and never got nothing on fax! and i skipped that instead.. i also sent receipts of money i sent to mexico.. since 2008 till 2011, i sent my car insurance policy(call them and get ur receipts for each month u have paid *better, but they sent me a letter saying my name was active with them since 2010 to present) i went online and printed my electric bill history payment from 2009 to 2011, i printed online receipts from staff i bought on QVC.com from 2010 and 2011. A letter that had the date stamped on the corner . Thats pretty much it... hope it gives you ideas. It was long the Wait! they first received my applications on 08/24, biometrics on 10/02, RFE letter on 12/14, Responded to RFE on 12/27, RFE received 12/28,, then boom! Jan 8!! Approved! whoooojoo! Im just waiting for my CARD, i check the tracking number and its getting here on saturday January 12! Dont you worry man! ur gonna make it! after you send ur RFE respond, they will approve u 1 week later its fast! everyone that got RFE get approved in the following week. Good Luck!!!!!

Hi Guys! At first with my applications i sent.. only 1 receipt or any document with my name and date on it, for each year since 2006 to 2012. They got my application on 08 24th, then.. i got my biometrics taken later on 10/02, then i waited and waited! looking at my status every day! and NOTHING! well.. then i see an update saying: On December 10 we sent u a letter with required evidence that you need to send.. etc.. but it didnt said what kind of evidence! when i got the letter on Dec 14th, it was because the evidence of continuos residency in US was not enough!! ... they took 2 months after my biometrics just to sayy THAT! :@ got mad! then.. i went online to my bank, and printed all my statements from each month since 2006 to present! that was like whole a lot of pages! so i just printed 2 pages per month, and got like 80 pages.. plus i sent receipts of the money i sent to mexico since 2009 to present. i sent the record of my electric bill since 2009 to present.. my car insurance policys since 2010 to present. Court receipts that i was paying tickets on late 2005 till 2006. I sent my car contract when i bought my car on 2008, that cost me 28,000! im still paying it.. almost done , so thats pretty much what i sent to respond the RFE(request for evidence). I sent it on Dec 27, they got it on Dec 28, then a few days later i got approved on Jan 8!! whoooojoo! Im just waiting for my CARD, i check the tracking number and its getting here on saturday January 12!... so if u get a RFE dont worry, after u send ur evidence.. it will only take 1 week.. and some days.. and u will get approved!! Everybody that i know that got a RFE got approved the following week! sooo good Luck!!

Hi, You get two different receipt number for each application, but i think the receipt numbers are the same except for the last number. Like my receipt number for application i821D ended with 88, and my receipt number for application i765 ended with 89, so try to change ur last number to its corresponden number order.. and see if u can see ur status for the application i765, Good luck and hope it helpss!! They got my RFE on Dec 28. Now i have to wait and see what happends.. its been like forever!! They first received my DACA on August 24! and i've been waiting since..

I dont understand what you are saying.. You dont have to wait 114 to send back your evidence.. you can send it whenever your ready, but you do have a limited time of 114 days to respond back! or your case will be close! so send your evidence as soon as you have it together!

Mmmmm... they sent me a RFE on Dec 10, for evidencie of continuos residency. I will send my evidence via 1 day shipping. This time im sending my bank statements since 2007 to present. and insurance policy, dental payments i've made, pay pal transactions, Purchase receipts, medical record... I think that only with my bank statements its enough, it has transactions , deposits, withdrawls, almost every day since 2007 to present.. that should be enough proof.. but still im sending more stuff.. just in case..

oH, MAN, i my application was received on Aug 24 Did biometrics on Oct 2 I got a letter on Dec 18, cause they need more evidence on continuos residency since 2007, cause what i sent was not enough. I sent a receipt or any document with my name and date on it, i sent 1 receipt or letter, for every year, since 2007 to 2012. What do you guys sent? the ones who already got approve, help please. ( i printed out all my bank statements month to month since April 2007 to 2012. Would that be enough? it has almost every day transactions, deposits, withdrawls. Its a lot of paper! Would they want to see more?

Recibieron mi applicacion en Agosto 24, hice mis Biometricos en Octubre 2, y aun no recibo noticia, para Diciembre 24 se cumpliran 4 meses desde que recibieron mi applicacion. Aun estoy en Initial Review. Llame a migracion para preguntar porque tardaba tanto mi caso.. porque mi amiga recibio aceptacion despues de 3 semanas que hiso los Biometricos, y me dijieron que cada caso es diferente. Y que estos casos tardan de 4 a 6 meses. Asi que a mi todavia me faltan 2 meses y dias para que se cumplan los 6 meses de limite. Aunque espero que me aprueben ya en estos dias .. ojala
