I also like the outdoors so I would go on walks and would take pics. Any sports you like? Talk with friends if you need to vent but always remember this is just temporary.

Welcome! Best wishes to you. The instructions for DACA are very detailed as well. I would suggest you to read them and then see if there are questions you need help with. Some local organizations charge very little to revise your paperwork after you have filled it out. If you need any help you can always message me. I filled out my application the day it came out and got approved.

My goodness who knew this was so freaking complicated. I would do the same thing, find a job and give my two week notice. I guess you can file taxes for this year with the ITIN and start fresh next year with the new SSN. The tax information does transfer at the time of surrendering the ITIN.

Raul if you don't mind before sending the packet back maybe list the things you found and plan to send and we can help you out. I would send what you originally sent together in a folder and in a different packet include more evidence in chronological order so they can compare both packets side to side. Just a thought.

I agree with Meltop80. I filled out the application on my own the first day it came out and I was approved without any problems. My only suggestion for those still thinking about applying (Why in the heck are you still thinking btw?) is if you have strong evidence of continous presence for 5 years, no criminal record and fulfill all the requirements read the instructions and fill it out yourself, or with friends without paying someone one a lot of money.

I believe this is not the case. I never used my number more than once a year when my parents filed their taxes and it was not cancelled. Also, if there is a specific surrendering process we need to follow I assume the ITIN does not expire/cancel on its own.

They do no accept EXPIRED passports. Mine was a less than a month away from the expiration date and the guy told me: "Oh you were close". Then he went on about how the ID you present for the appointment cannot be expired and stuff. If you have a photo ID from school or work or something take it. Best wishes.

Do you have bank statements from 2007-Present- go online and print all of them. My bank keeps records of every year and month. I would print every single stamenent for every month, paycheck stubs from work all the ones you have, Medical bills - call the doctors office and request the medical notes, records, referrals, consent to treat or any other form you signed. Did you sign any leases? High school, college transcript? - Not just the diploma because remember the transcripts have date on the classes. Any online purchase receipts? Yearbooks or school ID's?

Yes, after biometrics all you can do is wait. Nothing will change on your case status until they make a decision. Give it a few more weeks because it is a little early for November biometrics.

Hey maybe you should call them and ask about it. They can maybe help you out with what exactly it means. I am not sure why your signature not being in cursive letters is an issue. And by the way, I am sorry this happened. But, there is hope and I am sure if it is this small of an issue then you will resolve it.
