Has anyone called uscus offices. My bio were oct.1 and my case status still says initial review. What number do i call and how do i talk to someone there?

My two friends and my sister already got their id of approval and they took their biometrics after i did. I had my bio oct. 1 and my friends had theirs oct.5 and my sis oct. 15. They got theirs and i havent. Im starting to lose hope. How can i overcome this?

Is it true that after the biometrics are taken and you are approved, do they send the letters of approval by alphabetical order of the last name?

i had my biometrics taken on Oct.1 and my friend on Oct.5. i am still waiting for a response and my friend got his letter of approval already on Oct. 26. anybody know why? Because we live in the same city

i sent my application on 9-6-2012 and since that day it has been 98 days. i took my bio-metrics on 10-1-2012 and since then it has been 73 days in total. should i call and talk to someone or just wait till January? suggestions anyone?

They are asking they are asking for the years 2010 and 2011. They also have a confusion about my names. Cause in the gym im under alex vera and my other forms im manuel alejandro vera. So i have to proof im the same person
