I calculated from when I did Bios, but one fellow Dreamer was told that the wait starts when they receive the application. Reason why I (and many others) calculated from Bios date, was because your info had to be sent to the respective office handling the case. Regardless, keep track of your wait time by going to this thread, which has a great tool to calculate the wait time discounting weekends and holidays. http://adreamact.com/topic/884-working-days-calculator/ Hope it helps and keep your hopes up!
