Just wanted to add that they start counting from when they take your Biometrics, not when you first applied... So keep that in mind. Also, I guess the September bios are starting to get approvals. I did my bios on Sep 14th, and I got accepted last week. Therefore, approvals are coming...you have waited so long, what's a couple of weeks? Check this post, so you can see how long you have really waited.

I just wanted to add that not all RFE's are the same... Some require different information than others, but all serve the same purpose: to provide more evidence. That being said, my advice is not to rush and to follow the instructions very carefully, placing significant emphasis on details...details, details, details... Perhaps some might feel the need to rush things in order to send the package back to USCIS, but I suggest the wise use of the window of time given to gather all of the information, to double check it, to triple check it, to get ready to send it, and to check it again. Also, do not forget to check it! -

So basically you have a period of around 6 months where there is no proof of your presence...correct? I assume that you started school on Nov 23, 2012...right?
