      It's bad I used to call them in the beginning and all they say is wait so I gave up on them. Plus my friend used to work at a Call center for immigration with Lockheed Martin and they give you the most basic information she would say. Now that I call I can relate to people that have immigration cases pending that take years to get approved or any response.
