Wildes talks about the legality and the case law of the matter on CNN, March 2, 2012. shes a freaking highschool student with a 6.7 gpa(holly molly), I thought alittle more than 4.5 or just 4.0 gpa is smart and dandy. but who that hell gets 6.7 gpa(in this case its daniela). demonstrate an "ECONOMIC NECCESSITY for their employment" obviously shes use to something, shes tutoring and she gonna be on pre med, studying cellular molecular biology, and her brother is serving the miliary. so much questions come to mind if the court throws over there shoulder her case if she cant have a green card or try to reapply to continue school or work.

Im not so sure if he accept the fact that this country can be majority of any other ethnic that caucasian,cause Im beginning to think hes doesn't wanna help the illegal immigrant cause its too big of challenge to tackle as a problem cause it's the biggest challenge of all "Immigration". The Department of Homeland Security will spend the next 28days or so finalizing the application and setting up the system.there is nothing in the guidelines for the program that say parents information will be forwarded on to federal immigration agencies,but the problem is that thers is no immunity or protection spelled out for the parents. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano in an interview on CNN said that the system has been set up so that parents are not reffered to immigration enforcement.
