omg that is messed up! :/ 4 months its along time of waiting and it seems like there not working fast hopefully you will be approved before them 2 months ! wish you luck girl same here been waiting too :/ vermonts needs to hurry up and approve applications !
i hope my doesn't take that long. i really need this. i too sent mine to the Vermont center :/ couple of my friends got their stuff approved within a month of biometrics while other have been waiting for almost 4 months O.o
