    Im so happy omg i just call and they allow me to do a service request omg so happy march 10 ill be getting a letter explaining whats going on with my case :)

      That is good they gave you some news! I did a service request on Friday so I'm hoping to hear something soon. But the week before I put the service request in I called and spoke to someone and they told me I should receive something by March 16? What do you think should I believe them? When i called back to do the service request this person did not mention anything about receiving something by March 16th. Advice Please?!

      i think you should just hang in there writhing the 7 days (a week) so by this Friday or Saturday you should be getting the letter and if you don't received one this week by Monday you should call back and ask why by the way i think it was jcarlos that got a tracking number for the letter? im not sure and neither i got a tracking number but you can call and ask but wait ok until the end of this week good luck to you and everyone that still waiting!
