    mine was sent to laguna niguel in california too! most people that had their application sent to laguna niguel were approved really fast. so im not worrying too much. i did my bios on the december 4th

    yeah we do. i attend a community college and i got the board of governor fee waiver.
  21. i believe its just whoever gets your application. if you get some lazy worker your out of luck but if your lucky and get a very relaxed and chill back worker who just is breezing through applications then your in luck.
