  3. Its been almost 60 days since my bios come to find out this morning i have to retake them.All this time just wasted i was half way there.Why didnt they catch this sooner? Gurrr so irritated no one better complaining about their case loll

      They can't catch things sooner if they haven't reviewed your case. Be patient.

    Yes but y so far into my case I was half way there.Why didn't they catch this SOONER? Makes me think my application was just sitting there collecting dust.Sorry I have to vent!

      definitely does. Keep yourself the most occupied as possible, that's what I did. Don't check the website constantly, apply to the text if possible. It feels amazing when you're mind is completely somewhere else and BAM! You receive it :) Be patient, your time will come

  15. Yuppiiiii praise the Lord!!!!! I'm so excited about this.From what I've read if your approved this reduces the time from years to just a few months.I do not mind going back to my place of birth I'm actually glad because I will get to see my family and vacation while I'm there.I'm not afraid of all the violence over there.If its my time to go then being here or there wont make a diffrence.Thank you Lord!

    I also sent in a baptisim certificate and statements of tithes idk if they will work or not but I know my church keeps records and they will be able to verify

Rena I also consulted a lawyer about this.I'm the alien and my husband the US citizen been married 3 years as well.The lawyer told me the same thing to just wait until the waiver comes out.I been following any news related to the waiver and according to the info I seen it should come out at the end of this year or early next year.I'm praying for this but its In GOD's hands
