  1. Deferred Action FAQ

I mailed in a $465 Money order o.o is that not right? All of the guides i've looked at says it's $465. Even the Differed Action video on the USCIS website says $465. I'm confused... 2. Processing time after Election.

Try to do a walk in for the Biometrics, I've heard that some places are very friendly and they'll let you do it. Worst case, you just wait on your appointment.

  4. If you could change one thing...?

I couldn't put in any other way. Nivia hit it right on the head; our parents have done so much for us and I think they deserve just as much freedom as we deserve.
  5. NYC DACA DREAMFEST Celebration Event

I'll see if I can make it.
  6. Processing time after Election.

  7. I got help with the things I need to mail in along with the application already. Do I have to fill out the G-1145 as well? I've heard of the others, but not this one.
  8. Yes she did. She told me that generally these are the things that people mail in: Deferred action application, work permit application, work permit worksheet, 2 passport pictures, money order(s), etc and anything that shows that you have been in the country for 5 years or more. Generally, the more evidence you have of being here the less likely DHS is to turn you down.
